Check out this link to see some pictures of a very mysterious old painting. Deneen's parents found the painting in 1957 in East Anglia, England. It was in a fireplace nook, wrapped in burlap. Could it be an original Gainsborough? Perhaps. The head curator of one of the Smithsonian art museums has graciously agreed to take a look at the painting - stay tuned for more info as we find it out.
